O R D E R

Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the revision dated 20.11.2017 filed by the petitioner against the order passed by the second respondent, arising out of the proceedings Under Section 78 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said revision has not been numbered so far, even though the same was filed on 20.11.2017 and is in order in all respects.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent will consider the revision and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, if the same is in order.

5. Considering the above statef facts and circumstances, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the revision filed by the petitioner along with the stay petition as well, if the same is in order and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
