O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking amendment in the cause title in respect of the name of the 2nd petitioner as Prabhakaran @ Prabu in the place of Prabhakaran.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he mentioned the name of the 2nd petitioner as "Prabhakaran" but, in the FIR his name has been mentioned as "Prabhakaran @ Prabu" and therefore, though anticipatory bail was granted as early as on 13.03.2021, he could not furnish sureties. Hence, according to the learned counsel amendment is necessary.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor also submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. In the cause title, the name of the 2nd petitioner shall be substituted as follows "Prabhakaran @ Prabu". This petition is ordered accordingly.
