A.Nos.1843 and 1844 of 2022 in C.S.No.299 of 2016 N.SESHASAYEE.J., The matter was posted on 27.02.2023, on which date, the parties have either appeared before the Court or logged in the virtual court. The Court also ascertained from the parties, the learned counsel for the defendants and also the Power of Attorney of the plaintiffs about the compromise presented before the Court and was satisfied both the execution and the legality of the compromise entered into between the parties. However, the plaintiffs' counsel could not be present on that day and he was represented by another counsel and who tried to convey a certain idea and hence this Court did not formally record the compromise.
2.Today, this Court is satisfied with the compromise as presented before the Court is in order and both sides agreed to abide by the terms of the compromise as presented before the Court.
