To quash the case in crime No.526 of 2022 dated 04.11.2022 on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Kurinjipadi on 28.03.2023 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.89 of 2023.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
