The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 30.04.2013 passed in WP.No.12957 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent has passed a final order in G.O.2(D).No.271 Home

(SC) Department, dated 01.08.2014. Accordingly, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent. He has also handed over a copy of the said G.O. to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
