ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is praying to direct the first respondent to entrust the case from the second respondent to CBCID to conduct fresh investigation in respect of Crime No.31 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2015 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Ramanatham Police Station, Cuddalore to the CBCID. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The allegations in the FIR relates to offences under Sections 294(B), 323, 324, 427, 448, 379, 506(ii) and 307 IPC. It will be desirable, if offfences of this nature are investigated by the local police.

5. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tittakudi, under whose jurisdiction Ramanatham Police Station falls to monitor the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2015 and expeditiously conduct investigation and take action in accordance with law.
