2. Even today i.e., on 10.01.2024, when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners. Thus, it is evident that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.12902 of 2019 stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
