K.Sundararajan And 6 Others v. Mr.N.C.Sridhar And 7 Others
A.Nos.2460 to 2463/2019 in C.S.No.593/1922 A.Nos.2460 to 2463 of 2019 in C.S.No.593 of 1922 M.SUNDAR, J.
This common order will dispose of these four applications. All these four applications are with prayers for impleading some individuals as respondents.
2. In the light of the trajectory which the hearing has taken today, it is not necessary to dilate on facts, as the respondents submit that they do not oppose the prayers for impleading, but they want their rights to oppose the allegations against the respondents preserved, obviously, in the main matter i.e., in main suit.
3. Therefore, it is made clear that the prayers for impleading being allowed in these applications will not be construed as any expression of view one way or the other on the allegations made against the respondents. In other words, allegations against the respondents are matters which will be decided in other collateral applications when the need arises.
4. With the above caveat/rider, prayers in all these four applications are acceded to. The applicant is granted a fortnight's time to carry out necessary and consequential amendments i.e., time upto 20.01.2020. Amended copies to be filed, thereafter by 24.01.2020. vsm 03.01.2020 M.SUNDAR, J.
