This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.719 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.578 of 2021 on 04.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police once in a month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
