connection with the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in No.96/BCDFGISSSV/2025 dated 18.02.2025 against the detenue namely Devi, Female, aged about 43 years, W/o.Elumalai, at present who is confined at Special Prison for Women, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.1638, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 28.03.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
