ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to transfer the complaint of the petitioner in Crime No.420 of 2015 to some other investigating agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the FIR in this case was registered as early as 20.05.2015, the second respondent Police did not even examine the defacto-complainant. Hence, he has come forward with this prayer for transfer.

4. In view of the above, instead of transferring the case, this Court directs the second respondent Police to expeditiously conduct the investigation in Crime No.420 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.
