These Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to withdraw M.C.O.P. Nos.1385 & 1379 of 2017 pending on the file of III Small Causes Court, Chennai (Motor Accidents Claims https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Tribunal, Chennai) and transfer the same to Special Sub Court to deal with M.C.O.P. Cases at Dindugal.
2. Mr. D.Baskaran, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions states that he has no objection for transfer of the proceedings from III Small Causes Court, Chennai to Special Sub-Court, Dindugal, as it will be in the interest of both sides. Besides, he also states that a connected matter is already disposed of and therefore many of the issues have already been settled.
3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, this Court is inclined to allow these petitions. Accordingly, M.C.O.P. Nos.1385 and 1379 of 2017 pending on the file of III Small Causes Court, Chennai (Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Chennai) are hereby withdrawn and transferred to Special Sub-Court, Dindugal, for trial and disposal.
4. These transfer civil miscellaneous petitions are accordingly allowed. No costs.
