When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced an order dated 20.04.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.25666/2009M, by which the petitioner's request for issuance of patta was rejected.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said order has been passed with regard to the directions issued by this Court, in which, it has been stated to take note of the letter received by the Collector.

If that is the case, it is the matter for challenge by a separate proceeding. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order. 29.04.2016 raa Cont.P.No.528 of 2016
