A payment out application taken out by the revision petitioner to withdraw the money in LAOP No.533 of 1987 is pending unscrutinised by the court for close to a year now, so stated the counsel for the revision petitioner.

2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee is now required to scrutinise the papers in E.A.S.R. No.6954 of 2021 in E.P. No.88 of 1997 in LAOP No.533 of 1987 and take the same on its record, if the papers are in order.
