This petition has been filed seeking to amend the small cause title and long cause title, the next to the 1st respondent's name in CRP.No.2950 of 2023, the word died to be included in bracket and 22nd to 30th respondents name and addresses has to be included as legal heir of the 1st respondent in CRP K.Mani and next to the 23rd respondent's name in short cause title, the word died to be included in bracket.

2. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
