Considering the prayer sought for in the application, notice to the respondents are dispensed with. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that arguments have been heard and orders were to be pronounced by the learned Arbitrator.

2.Considering such circumstances, time granted by this Court for completion of arbitration proceedings in Case No.3 of 2021 is extended by two months from today.

3.Learned Arbitrator is requested to complete the arbitration proceedings in Case No.3 of 2021 is extended within the aforesaid period.
