O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent Inspector of Police, F2 Egmore Police Station, Chennai for the offence under section 420 of IPC and quash the same.

2. It is submitted that, pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioner and the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves.

3. Both the learned counsel have identified the de-facto complainant, who is present before this Court today. In order to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

identify the petitioner, he has submitted the photo copy of his Aadhar Card viz., Bhagawan Das - 9617 1811 4887 and the defacto complainant has submitted the photocopy of her Aadhar Card viz.,Jasna Nimal - 7428 1636 4896, after verification of the original, the same are recorded.

4. Today, an affidavit dated 15.03.2018 was filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant to the effect that she has no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent Inspector of Police, F2 Egmore Police Station, Chennai.

5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime.No.5 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent Inspector of Police, F2 Egmore Police Station, Chennai is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
