This application has been filed to condone the delay of 1531 days in filing the proclamation of sale in C.S.No.304 of 2007 order dated 17.12.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant who was the plaintiff in the suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent / defendant is also present.

4. In the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, it had been stated that though the Execution Petition in E.P(Dairy) No.37183 of 2022 had been filed on 06.04.2022, owing to the Covid - 19 pandemic, it could not be taken on file. Thereafter, it had been returned for various compliances. It had been further stated that to process the execution proceedings, the applicant has to produce all the necessary revenue records and in the meanwhile, the properties were under acquisition proceedings and hence, the applicant was not able to proceed further. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
