This petition has been filed to amend the offences under Sections 392 r/w 397 IPC instead of Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 397, 506(ii) IPC in the above Crl.O.P.No.6898 of 2024.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the above petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.6898 of 2024 and list the same on 28.03.2024.
