This petition is not maintainable, Inview of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch cases dated 20.09.2018 and the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in M.Subramanian and others Vs. S.Janaki and others reported in 2020 at Madras Weekly Notes (Criminal) page 481.
