This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 114 days in representing the civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. Mr.E.Anbarasan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to allow the petition.

3. Since we are satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the above said delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
