ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff to amend the name of the applicant in Judge's summon in A.No.1809 of 2023 which was wrongly mentioned as "Krishnan" instead of "Sumathy".

2. According to the applicant, he is the plaintiff in the main suit and has filed an application in I.A.No.1809 of 2023 to return the refundable advance of P. DHANABAL, J.

kkd Rs.12,00,000/- as per the joint Venture Agreement and also pay a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- which the plaintiff has incurred by virtue of the Joint Venture Agreement, in the event of the defendants continuing to obstruct and prevent the plaintiff from completing the construction work. In the said application, the name of the applicant/plaintiff has been wrongly mentioned as "Krishnan" instead of "Sumathy" in page No.3 of the Judges' summons and therefore, the typographical error is to be corrected.

3. The other side has not filed any counter affidavit in this application.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and the fact that the name of the applicant has been wrongly mentioned as "Krishnan" instead of

"Sumathy", the said typographical error requires correction and accordingly, this application is allowed.
