Mr.P.Kannan Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mrs.E.Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. 2.The petitioner states that he completed Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) course in the year 1999 and obtained necessary certificate for the same. He registered his name in the second respondent employment exchange in the year 1995. For the past 20 years, the petitioner is not able to get job and his name was not sponsored by the second respondent. According to him, recruitments are taking place for the post of Mechanics (Motor Vehicle) in the first respondent Corporation. He made a representation dated 23.03.2015 to the first respondent to consider him for the said post. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

not known as to whether his name was sponsored by the second respondent to the first respondent for the said post. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent may be directed to pass orders as to whether the name of the petitioner was sponsored by the second respondent or not, so that, the petitioner could take further action based on such reply.

4.In these circumstances, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
