B.Nagaraj v. The Official Liquidator

Comp. A.No.220 of 2023 Comp.A.No.220 of 2023 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J By this application, the applicant seeks a direction to the Official Liquidator for the conduct of a public auction in respect of the lands described in the schedule to the application.

2. Both the Official Liquidator and learned Administrator submit that the relevant lands would be brought for public auction after obtaining a valuation report in respect thereof. They further submit that the lands of Maxworth are being brought for sale in installments and that the applicant may participate in the public auction as and when the lands are brought for sale.

3. By taking note of the above submissions, this application is disposed of by granting leave to the applicant to participate in the public auction as and when the Official Liquidator seeks permission for sale of these lands.
