Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. It is submitted by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that 4 witnesses were examined and remaining 11 witnesses are to be examined. He further submitted that there is no Presiding Officer and the cases are taken up by the Principal Judge only.

3. it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Sankarasubbu, that when the petitioner filed Bail Application in Crl.O.P.No.27859 of 2014, it was represented by the learned Special Public Prosecutor that they had already examined 3 witnesses and they were to examine another 4 witnesses. therefore submitted that a time frame may be given to the respondent to produce the witness and complete the trial.

4. Considering the submission of the learned Special Public Prosecutor and the submission made in Crl.O.P.No.27859 of 2014 and the fact that already 4 witnesses were examined, the respondent is directed to produce the remaining witnesses to complete the trial and the learned Judge concerned is directed to dispose of the case, as early as possible.
