ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 22.03.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(2) and 307 of IPC in Crime No.61 of 2022, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who had illegal intimacy with the defacto complainant had extorted money from her and when she demanded the money he had beaten her brutally all over the body. The defacto complainant was admitted in the hospital on 22.03.2022 and got discharged recently on 18.04.2022.

3. Considering the nature of the injury sustained by the defacto complainant, this bail petition is dismissed, in view of the fact that if the petitioner is released on bail, there is every possibility of danger to the life of the defacto complainant. -sd/- 22/04/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
