Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This is a petition filed to condone the delay of 124 days in re-presenting the revision petition. Hence, it is unnecessary to hear the respondent for deciding the miscellaneous petition. In otherwise, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

3. Accordingly, delay is condoned and this miscellaneous petition is allowed.
