This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4959 of 2024 on 08.03.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.4959 of 2024 on 08.03.2024 regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.4959 of 2024 on 08.03.2024 is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
