This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal everyday at 10.30 a.m. till the case is committed and if it is committed, appear before the concerned Sessions Court everyday at 10.30 a.m. till the charges are framed and thereafter, on the Court hearing dates in Crl.O.P.No.28420 of 2023 order dated 11.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Sessions Court weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders till the completion of trial.
