O R D E R

For executing an ex-parte decree in O.S.No.22 of 2016, the plaintiff has taken out E.P.No.167 of 2019, which is pending consideration of the Execution Court.

2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner / plaintiff seeks for an expeditious disposal of E.P.No.167 of 2019. She, however, made a fair statement to the Court that the defendant has taken out an application to set aside the ex-parte order along with another application for condonation of delay in the first mentioned application and they are in SR stage and that the defendant is playing hide and seek with the procedure to delay the disposal of the E.P.No.167 of 2019.

3.The Principal Sub Court, Vridhachalam is now directed to proceed with the E.P.No.167 of 2019 and dispose of the same within a period of one (1) month, unless it is required to decide on any appliction filed by the respondent as was referred to above.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is dispose of at the admission stage itself. No Cost.
