This application was filed to extend the time for disbursement of dividend for a further period of three months from the dated of receipt of order to make payment of dividend to remaining workmen creditors and for other reliefs as stated in the application.

2. Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned Deputy Official Liquidator and perusing the materials available on record, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

3. Accordingly, this application is ordered as prayed for.
