The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.30/2015 dated 25.05.2015, passed by the fourth respondent and to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into her service with all back wages from 25.05.2015 to the petitioner.
2. It is well settled that the Writ Petition against the Cooperative Society is not maintainable as held by the Full Bench judgment of this Court in K.Marappan vs. Deputy Director of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal reported in (2006) 4 CTC 689 and the remedy available to the petitioner either to file a petition before the Labour Court or to file a revision petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act before the concerned authority.
3. Hence, the Writ Petition fails and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to either approach the revisional authority or the Labour Court, if she is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
