This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to modify the order of the learned Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai made in Crl.M.P.No.1133 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022.

2. The petitioners herein are from Odisha, seeks modification of the bail condition since they are not able to get Government servant surety.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are ready to furnish blood sureties.

4. Hence, the bail condition is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall furnish two sureties along with the ration card and one shall be related to the petitioners by blood.

5. Accordingly, this petition is modified. All other conditions remains unaltered.
