PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Proceedings R.D.C.(N) C.No.R1/2867/2020 dated 14.08.2020 and to quash the same and to direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in connection with the impugned order passed by him in Proceedings R.D.C.(N) C.No.R1/2867/2020 dated 14.08.2020 and to quash the same and to direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the order of suspension dated 14.08.2020, the petitioner has thereafter, made a

representation dated 08.02.2024 to the respondents seeking to review the suspension order. However, the same is yet to be considered by the respondents. Hence, the learned counsel prays that a direction be issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2024 and to pass appropriate order, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

3.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2024 and pass appropriate order, within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2024 and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
