This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2910 of 2024, dated 23.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2910 of 2024, dated 23.02.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
