ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to draw time scale of pay of last pay drawn in the cadre of Selection grade secondary grade Assistant Scale of pay 15410+2800+750=18960 (5200-20200 + 2800GP Total 54,865/- in the promotional post of Post Graduate Assistant (Tamil) with effect from 22.09.2017 and as per ruling 11 of the Fundamental Rules 22B to the petitioner and confer all the consequential benefits including revision of arrears.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ

petition, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20331 of 2019 dated 21.07.2023, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
