This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.4075 of 2024, dated 11.03.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4075 of 2024, dated 11.03.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
