ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent/Police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.05.2015 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It appears that the Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Coimbatore District has conducted enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner. He has also issued summon under Section 91 & 160 Cr.P.C., to Mr.Ramesh Chandra Nandalalji Bhattad, the petitioner/complainant.

4.Under such circumstances, the said Police is also directed to proceed with the investigation and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
