Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order made in Lr.No.27156.SB(Neen)5/MaPoka/2014 passed by the first respondent dated 11.02.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant the pending pension amount with 12% interest p.a., till payment, to continue payment of pension and also to grant other retirement benefits to the petitioner.
