O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking for a direction to the Special Sub Court to deal with L.A.O.P. Cases, Vellore, to dispose the E.P.No.93 of 2013 in L.A.O.P.No.10 of 1999.

2. The respondent has acquired the land of the petitioners in the year,1989. On reference made under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, the reference Court has passed an award on 23.10.2000. The appeal filed by the respondent in A.S.No.271 of 2003 was dismissed by this Court on 31.08.2010. Thereupon, the land owners laid the execution petition for recovery of the award amount.

3. Mr.K.A.Ravindran, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that even though the Government has acquired the land 25 years ago, the land owners are not able to see the colour of the coin, despite the proceedings had attained finality in the year 2010.

4. Considering the facts of this case and the submissions of the learned counsel, the learned Special Subordinate Judge, who is dealing with the L.A.O.P. cases, Vellore, is directed to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.93 of 2013 in L.A.O.P.No.10 of 1999 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
