ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.02.2021 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 392 of IPC in Crime No.102 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 26.02.2021, the de-facto complainant along with his son went to State Bank of India, Kannamangalam Branch and withdrew a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- from their account and they placed the money in the vehicle box. Later, the son of the de-facto complainant went to a cycle shop to purchase a cycle and the de-facto complainant was waiting near the two wheeler, at that time, the petitioners came there and robbed the cash from the de-facto complainant. Hence the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocents and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioners have been in judicial custody since 26.02.2021 and hence, they may be granted bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners went to the place of occurrence and robbed cash of Rs.3,00,000/- from the de-facto complainant at knife point. There is no previous case against the petitioners. After completion of investigation charge sheet has been filed. Hence, she vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
