2. The petitioner retired from service on 30.06.1995 as a Senior Civil Surgeon. He has been in receipt of pension till January 2015. However, the pension is not paid after January 2015, though the petitioner has sent a representation enclosing the life certificate, which was received by the respondent on 29.04.2015. In these circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to dispose of his aforesaid representation dated 27.04.2015. 3.Taking into account the aforesaid fact, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pass orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the said representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
