..Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent Police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.11.2014 against the said person and his family members, which is on the file of the second respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent Police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 17.11.2014

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.301 of 2014, before the second respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)] https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The petitioner shall submit the medical records to the respondent Police.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
