parties have amicably resolved their disputes and in fact, a Divorce Petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by mutual consent has been preferred before the Family Court concerned and therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the Civil Revision Petition.

2. Recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
