By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be the Power of Attorney of the legal heirs of late Muniyammal and according to him, land admeasuring to an extent of 0.27 cents comprised in S.No.370/B2 Vadamambakkam village was sold in her favour by means of registered sale deed dated 04.07.1966 and she was in possession and enjoyment of the same and after her demise, the legal heirs are entitled to the property. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that a third party name is entitled in the patta though he do not have any semblance of right and in this regard, a representation dated 09.03.2015 was submitted to the first respondent and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.This Court heard the submissions of Mr.P.Vasanth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without entering upon its merits, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 09.03.2015 and the remainder dated 17.04.2015 in accordance with law after putting the third respondent on notice and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the third respondent. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS II ) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar pri
