The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the second appeal in AS.No.61 of 2014 was already dismissed by the Principal Subordinate Court, Erode. Therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition for further adjudication.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
