order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the respondents 1 & 2/appellants in the above appeal to pay a sum of Rs.1,27,120/- towards additional Court fee as ordered by this Court.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 that the additional Court fee has been paid by the respondents 1 & 2/appellants and he has filed a memo to that effect.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petition stands closed.
