This Writ Petition is filed directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2017 requesting for retirement benefits and pass appropriate orders in the light of the orders passed by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.57, Agricultre (AA.3) Department dated 23.04.2014 and G.O.(D).No.78, Agricutlre (AA.III) Department dated 20.03.2017 within a time limit to be prescribed by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition was considered and the benefits were granted and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
