This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.8987 of 2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai, to expedite the hearing in Crl.M.P.No.8987 of 2024 and dispose of the same within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
