ORDER

1. In view of the order passed in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in W.P.No.16673 of 2015, i.e., amendment is made to the cause title of the 2nd respondent as The Registrar, Anna University, Kotturpuram, Chennai, I am of the view that no notice is necessary to the third respondent.

2. The petitioner made a representation dated 01.01.2015 alleging that there was a forgery in research Thesis titled INVESTIGATION ON https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

POWER LOSS MINIMIZATION BY NETWORK RECONFIGURATION WITH WAP ENABLED OPTIMAL CAPACITOR SWITCHING IN RADIAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, purportedly carried out by the third respondent. 3.He obtained information under the Right to Information Act from the National Power Training Institute and the same is enclosed at page 14 of the typed set. As per the report no research was carried out in the National Power Training Institute, Neyveli during the period from January 2008 to December 2014.

4. Under these circumstances, the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to dispose of his representation dated 01.01.2015 by the The Registrar, Anna University, Kotturpuram, Chennai.

5. Taking note of the facts and circumstance of the case, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.01.2015, after giving due opportunity to the third respondent, and pass final orders in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
